Hi, I'm Pam Pederson and I've spent 40 years in the multifamily industry collecting stories, solving problems, and figuring out what actually makes people click.
Now I channel all of that into Enthusiastically Consulting, where I train teams, host webinars, wrangle AI into something useful, and help people tell their stories in a way that actually lands. I've led national training sessions, built branding strategies, and introduced AI tools to people who swore they'd never use them, and watched them become converts by lunch.
Off the clock, I'm at the beach, talking to wildlife, and finding the narrative in everything. (The wildlife rarely cooperates.)
